- When your first agent goes live. Setting up, connecting your systems and testing your agents is free. Test conversations are never billed.
- Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- No. You pay the price per agent, per property, per month, and nothing else. Invite your whole team at no extra cost.
- Nothing. Stella, your ScaleGX Admin, and Niko, your Agent Squad Optimiser, are both free forever. Niko starts when your first agent goes live.
- Yes, any time. Pausing an agent stops its work for a while, and it stays on your team, so billing carries on while it is paused. If you no longer need an agent, let it go: billing stops from your next billing cycle, and we keep its setup for six months in case you come back.
- Yes. Your rate per property drops as your portfolio grows: 10% off from your 10th property, 15% from your 50th and 20% from your 200th.
